Chicago - The research report says that clogged arteries found in young adults who died due to the unnatural causes. Autopsies of adults who died in their young age showed unnatural causes such as clogged arteries – Said U.S. and Canadian researchers. Autopsy reports of the younger people shows that they had clogged arteries. These younger persons died from accidents and murder.

The Mayo Clinic researchers have looked in to the report of autopsy from residents of Olmsted County, Minnesota. “There is some suggestion that coronary artery disease might be increasing,” - said Leibson from Mayo Clinic in a telephone interview.
“The contribution of obesity and diabetes towards the coronary artery disease is not clear, researchers plan to study”. – She added.
Olshansky, in a telephone interview, said the rates of heart disease in the United States began falling after1960s, with the changes in lifestyle and reduced smoking. Today, the computer jobs, sedentary lifestyle and the food habits such as fast-food chains and reduced physical education in schools have changed the heart health in United States. “It led to obesity,” Olshansky said.
“Younger age group was with the worse disease, the dietary quality has deteriorated and they will have major problems as they continue,” - said Dr. Philip Mellen, Hattiesburg Clinic in Mississippi.
New York - One of the important causes for heart disease is improper diet. A survey conducted with 555 heart patients who suffered from cardiac disorder such as abnormal heart rhythm, chest pain and heart attack. The researchers found that few are meeting recommendations for fruit, vegetable and fiber intake.
They eat more amount of trans fat which can affect their health. It was one-year follow-up study of patients with heart disease. - A statement given by Dr.Yunsheng Ma, University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester.
The researchers also noted that eighty percent of the heart patients don’t go to cardiac rehabilitation programs after having a heart attack. The role of diet in cardiac care is still to be reached to the people.
“A lot of work needs to be done to make sure the patient gets the message,” Ma told Reuters Health.

This issue is major only in the developed countries.Though they say the part played by cholesterol is not clear,I strongly believe it is the main reason for all these cases. As in developing cuntries te number of obese is less, this issue is common to developed countries nly
Some heart disease risk factors I can control and some I cannot. Still, there are many risk factors that can be controlled. By making changes in my lifestyle, I can actually reduce my risk for heart disease.
The main risk factor which i feel which is increasing the risk of heart disease is lethargy among even the younger people these days. The sedentary lifestyle has made life even more difficult for the professionals who are running behind money to lose their health.
