Reduce Some Pounds for Healthy Living
Overweight has become a major disorder today. Everyone knows that overweight persons experience higher risk of hardened arteries, heart attacks and strokes. There are many patients affected with disorders like heart disease, arthritis, diabetic, asthma, and knee joint pain due to their prolonged overweight.
It was two years ago, Phill Novak weighed about 387 pounds. He was affected with diabetic, high blood pressure and high cholesterol level too. “I’ve never been happier in my life!” says Novak - CNN report from north Braddock of Pennsylvania.
He wanted to reduce his weight to save his remaining life. Walking made his life easier. “I walked off my first 100 pounds,” “Walked it off, an hour a day. I lost 100 pounds in seven months.” He says.
