The times are a changing! Orientations are changing too. People’s favorite pastimes have witnessed sea changes in all these years. Surfing the internet, watching television, and playing video games on computers have slowly become the most favorite pastime activities.

You may be at any stage of life.The importance of physical fitness and exercise can never be replaced by any such pastime activities. There are enough evidences available to establish the fact that regular exercise always enhances a person’s general health and the quality of life.

Majority of the people do not make enough movements that are required as a minimum threshold for leading a good and healthy life. According to the standard norms, a normal person must be burning at least 700 to 1,000 calories every week through the physical activities.
