Organic foods and pesticides
It is very important to know when to buy organic and which grown foods as people usually buy organic food to make their contact as less as possible with pesticides.
There are some organic foods that absorb pesticide very much and are high in pesticide residue while some other are quite low in pesticide while some other are low in pesticide remains.
Environmental Working Group which is a nonprofit research and advocacy organization provides a very helpful list to guide its users how to be strategic while spending on organic food and buy what and what not.
To find out which organic foods are badly be the victim of pesticides and have high levels of pesticides residues.The Environmental Working Group tested many fruits and vegetables.
They found that some vegetables and fruits like broccoli onions, asparagus, mangoes and eggplant have quite low levels of pesticide residues.So, whether these foods are picked from regular sections or the organic passageway, they are low in pesticide residues.
