There are a whole bunch of golf tips available online and mostly all of them make claims of being provided by the best golfers in the world; however there are only a handful of them that will work effectively to improve the sport. There are a number of tips that will help your stake at the game and a few of them are related to proper driving. While practicing, it is mandatory to keep an account of these tips which will yield better results.

For a better stroke it is essential to set yourself properly. You can make use of a wooden or an iron rod considering the length and then go about setting your swing in an appropriate manner. It is this length that will make a huge difference when it comes to driving the ball all the way to the hole. There are mainly two advantages to it, firstly it helps to increase the distance from the ball and then secondly it helps to keep your feet apart so that you can get a better balance. By keeping a better balance, you will be able to set up a shorter and a wider swing with a better control of your body.

While getting set for the stroke, always make sure you distribute your body weight equally in all parts that is from the heel to the toe and then the rest of the body. A balanced position is the key to a good stroke. Have you ever seen Tiger Woods setting up for a stroke??? If not, then this is the first thing you should watch out for - The balance and the length. Always keep a straight posture along with a straight spinal cod and an upright chin. A better posture will not only improve your drive but will also prevent a whole lot of injuries.

Finally to hit the perfect stroke, swing the club to your fullest and then as you go about hitting the ball ensure you put in all the power. Remember to keep a shorter swing as this ensures a greater force on the ball and longer swings usually result in loosing control of the body.
